Online courses were offered beginning May 2002. Course materials and information were provided online as well as during orientation meetings scheduled for each subject at the start of the term. Communication with professors was conducted via e-mail and during weekly chat-room meetings for classroom discussion. Midterm and final examinations were scheduled on the premises of the college. Students living outside of the area made special arrangements for examinations. International students were welcome to apply.
